Why we work this way
Wellness equipment has been sold in Nepal for years. Most of it arrives in a crate, gets installed by whoever is available, and works until the first fault — at which point there is no one to call and no part in the country.
That is not an equipment problem. It is a design, installation and service problem, and it is the reason we structured Revival around five things rather than one: design, supply, build, commission and maintain.
It is a slower business to build. It is also the only version of this business that leaves a client with a working room in year five.

Design before equipment
The room decides the system, not the other way round. Every project starts with a survey and a load calculation, and no quote leaves here without them.
A controlled portfolio
We supply a limited range we can size, install, commission and repair — rather than a catalogue of everything, supported by nothing.
Publish the hard numbers
Clearances, loads, ventilation rates and water requirements are on this website. If a competitor uses them to specify better, the client still wins.
Stay after the sale
Spares in Kathmandu and a service team that knows the installation. This is the part of the business that is hard to build and hard to copy.
