Turn wellness into a reason to book the room.
The brief
A hotel spa earns its floor area twice: once from guests who pay for treatments, and once from guests who chose the property because of it. Both depend on the facility being open, which makes uptime the design brief.
That means commercial-duty equipment, plant that can be serviced without closing the room, water treatment sized for continuous use, and spares held locally rather than ordered from Europe when something fails in season.
We plan the facility with your operator and design team, then carry it through installation, commissioning and an AMC that keeps it running.

Questions
- Can you work around an operating hotel?
- Yes — most of our hospitality work is phased. We sequence noisy and wet trades into low-occupancy windows and commission zone by zone.
- What does uptime actually depend on?
- Water treatment and spares. Scale kills steam plant and hard water fouls filtration; both are predictable and both are covered under Revival Care.
