The brief
An amenity only adds value while it works. A shared sauna that is out of service in year three costs more in resident complaints than it ever added to the sales brochure.
We plan amenity wellness for a twenty-year life: robust equipment, serviceable plant locations, metered supplies where the management company needs them, and a maintenance contract that transfers cleanly to the residents' association.
We can also work at the other end — per-unit systems specified as an upgrade option during fit-out, priced and installed unit by unit.

Questions
- When should we involve you?
- At concept, before the MEP layout is fixed. Plant location, drainage and supply routes are cheap to move on a drawing and expensive to move on site.
