A hot tub is mostly a water-treatment problem wearing a timber cabinet. Hardness scales the heater, iron stains the shell, and unbuffered pH eats the seals.
We specify the treatment with the tub, plan the crane or skid route before delivery, and check the slab will carry it filled.

Access route, turning circle and whether it needs a crane are all checked before the order goes in, not on delivery day.

Filled weight is the number that matters, and it is usually four times the dry weight.

Drainage, not a soakaway
Draining and backwash need a gulley. Discharging treated water into a soakaway is a problem you only find later.
